  1. Nowadays, people are concerned about a number of thinking which makes them be daydreaming each moment of the day. These thinking goes from economic problems such as the bills we have to pay every month- electricity, water, phone, etc-, to thinking about feeling like work relationship, love, friendship, etc.

The research shows us how human being has the only brain capable of thinking about moments we had in the past and moment we will probably have in the future. That is the reason why lots of people are daydreaming most of the day, when they should performing their task in their company or studying in their classroom, so in my opinion the lack of concentration could be an important factor in this sort of behaviour. However, there are people who achieve the concentration to do their task properly. For instance, workers or sport men who practice risky activities, all of them seem very wellbeing because of their concentration besides the hard work they usually have to do.
While you are doing something productive your mind has positive thinking so you will be happy, whereas if you are thinking in something unproductive, although your thinking might be positive or negative when you realize of the waste of time you had had, it would have made you feel down in the damps.

The mention the article write about sex gives us some explanations about what I said in the previous paragraph. If you are having sex with someone and you are thinking about something different, you will better fall asleep because it will be a complete embarrassed situation. Living in the now is very important to concentrate but we are human being and as I said before we have the the ability of learning from our past and planning our future. This ability has helped us from our ancestors to become in the being we are recently, but it does not mean that we have to daydreaming all the time.

To sum up, I agree with the authors’ article in many aspects like being daydreaming makes us unhappier but also we have to think about the past and the future to manage to be better being human each time, but sometimes not always, so in this way we will find the perfect balance.
