WE WILL KEEP IN TOUCH

Hi followers of T2L

We are having some problems this academic year with the oral sessions. I more than anyone feel sorry for this, but we won´t be able to continue at least until February 2013. I hope you can find another way to continue in touch with the English language, and that you can practise your English as much as you can.

I will continue hanging newspaper articles and some songs and videos from time to time so have a look at the blog when you feel like doing so.

HI EVERYBODY,

WE HAVE REACHED THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR AND WE WANT TO SAY 'GOODBYE AND SEE YOU IN SEPTEMBER' IN A VERY SPECIAL  WAY. WE ARE GOING TO MEET IN  A BAR CALLED 'P & P' AT 9 O´CLOCK ON 30th MAY. IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH GETTING THERE OR YOU DON´T KNOW WHERE IT IS, WE ARE LEAVING FROM THE SCHOOL AT 8:30, YOU CAN JOIN US, WE WILL MEET AT THE ENTRANCE HALL.

FIRST, YOU NEED TO LEARN NEW VOCABULARY AND EXPRESSIONS THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO USE FOR THE DISCUSSION.

SECONDLY, YOU HAVE TO PREPARE THE TOPIC BY LOOKING UP INFORMATION IN THE INTERNET, BOOKS, ENCYCLOPAEDIAS.

THIS WAY YOU WILL FEEL MUCH MORE CONFIDENT AND AT THE SAME TIME YOU WILL HAVE MUCH MORE TO TALK ABOUT IN THE ORAL SESSION.

FINAL TASK:

HERE IS ONE FINAL TASK THAT YOU MAY DO IN ORDER TO COVER THE FOUR SKILLS YOU SHOULD FOCUS ON WHEN LEARNING A LANGUAGE: LISTENING, READING, SPEAKING AND WRITING.
